At a recent gathering with Margaux Kent some watercolors were mentioned that were small and cylindrical. I didn't catch the name ... was it Anang Beam? ...something like that. Would you point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Hi Helen, just wanted to share, that you inspired me to do a weekly journal entry, rather than daily, which works so much better for me. But somehow I didn't manage to let go the rule of “a diary entry needs to reflect a day in my life” tried out your version of it and it was so rewarding!
Oh brilliant!! Thanks so much sharing this! I also found that sitting down once a week was more realistic. Sometimes I don’t have a record for every single day but I think can be ok. 🧡
