What kind of paper do you use that stands up to watercolor and doesn't buckle and pucker up? Thank you. Maybe, the question is what kind of notebook/journals do you buy that withstand the water?
This is an Art Creation, Royal Talens sketchbook. I've been using this sketchbook all year for these weekly visual journals. But lately I've been enjoying Pith sketchbooks and took several to Italy.

I love the colours you’ve used! I’m a new paid subscriber and was SO bleak to miss today’s session (I had a work meeting). I’ve recently discovered the magical beautiful thing that is visual journaling so I was so hoping I’d make it! Next time for sure!
I took your advice Helen and started a visual journal. I really don’t know what I’m doing but I went for it and this is how far I’ve gotten. I do have ideas for more pages next week. Thanks for your encouragement , I think my page is a bit dorky, but I like it anyway!
Btw… I say the co-journaling was yesterday, it was today!! End of week tiredness… 😂👌🏻
