Sometime in the last few weeks, I got my hands on a hammer and some nails and after a very long season of pondering, I finally put artwork, beloved photographs, paper treasures, dried flowers and useful art materials up on the studio wall. Now that it’s all up hanging on my wall, this space feels both organised and free, making more space for creativity. And I’m extra thankful and excited to be in this place.
So today, I’m celebrating a tiny milestone by first sharing a flip through of all 10 weeks of visual journaling. And then I’ll share the process of my 11th spread.
And here is this week’s visual journal spread process video. It took me about an hour. I mainly wrote and drew all the ink work first and then added a combination of watercolour, coloured pencils and Tombow pens.
Have a lovely weekend! x
